Torque Control Limit Switch Boxes are available in both Composite, Aluminium & SS316 Stainless Steel Housings. Available in IP67 and Explosion Proof Enclosures with both IEC Ex and ATEX Certification.

All come with High Visibility position indicators Black/Yellow (standard) or Red/Green to provide clear local indication of the valve position. Easy adjustment of the switches is possible by the use of a twist cam design with colour coded sensors.

Switchboxes can be fitted with a comprehensive range of switches including Mechanical, Magnetic Reed, Inductive Proximity, PNP, ASI Bus & Profibus DP. Usually supplied with two switches, we can fit 3 or 4 additional switches as required for mid travel feedback.

We have in stock or can fit a range optional switches, these include P&F NC-B2 V3 (Intrinsically Safe), NBB2-V3-E2 & NBB3-V3-Z4 into either Composite or Aluminium & Stainless Steel Switchboxes.

All switchboxes come complete with mounting brackets to suit NAMUR VDI/VDE 3845 topworks footprint with adaptors to suit actuators with different mounting arrangements. All fasterners included in mounting kits are stainless steel to resist corrosion.
